During the warm months in autumn our grapes reached an optimal stadium of ripeness. We expect a vintage with aromatic wines and a long maturing potential.
The last processed juices for our single vineyard wines are already fermented. Due to an old winemaker’s tradition, the day of St. Martin stands for the release of the young wines in Austria.
The vegetation has slowly come to an end this year, while village and single vineyard wines lay on the fine yeast in our cellar till they reach the perfect drinking age.
