One can recognize that the summer is standing in front of our doors. Maximum daily temperatures up to 28°C and fast changing rain showers shaping the weather conditions in the first days of June.

Maximilian uses each dry minute to adapt the organic spraying of our vineyards as good as possible. The warm temperatures are also boosting the vegetation. Our team is charged with foliage treatments.

In addition to our new installed biomass heating plant we have attached a photovoltaic facility on our rooftops. The energy produced by sun is used in our cellar.
