The year starts with an old tradition. Together with our family we are tasting the latest fermented single vineyard wines from the vintage 2021. Although they are still maturing on the fine yeast for the next weeks and months one can already recognize the outstanding quality of this vintage.
Our team is on holiday till the Three Kings Day afterwards we will continue the pruning of our vines in the second week of January.
Meanwhile we are preparing everything to bottle our Strassertal wines as well as our Green.
Our [W] Zweigelt Blanc de Noir from the vintage 2021 is already available in our online shop for our fans and friends.
