We start 2024 refreshed and confident! Right at the beginning of the second week of January, our team returned to the winery after the company holiday. There’s a lot to do!
The cold snap at the beginning of the year comes just in time. Perfect for continuing the pruning work in our vineyards. During this time, our cellar team is charged with the racking of the first fermented wines and further preparations for filtration.
Also, the first degustation of the fresh fermented Grüner Veltliner and Riesling wines show the great potential of vintage 2023. We are looking forward to tasting our village and regional wines, which will be available to our customers and wine lovers around mid-February.
